These terms and conditions apply to all trade transactions with AFR Tech Limited ("the Company", "we", "us", "our").

Our services are intended exclusively for trade customers, businesses, and authorised distributors. We do not sell directly to consumers.
3.1 All new trade accounts are subject to credit checks and approval at our discretion.
3.2 Credit limits are established based on business trading history and financial references.
3.3 Standard payment terms are Net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3.4 We reserve the right to modify or withdraw credit facilities at any time.
4.1 All quotations are valid for 14 days from date of issue unless otherwise stated.
4.2 Prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless otherwise specified.
4.3 Orders are subject to acceptance and availability of stock.
4.4 Minimum order values may apply for certain product categories or shipping destinations.
4.5 Custom or special orders may require a deposit of up to 50% before processing.
5.1 Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
5.2 Risk passes to the buyer upon delivery or collection.
5.3 International shipments are subject to applicable customs duties and import taxes, payable by the buyer.
5.4 We use reputable freight partners for international logistics and can arrange Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP) as required.
5.5 Shipping insurance is recommended for all orders and can be arranged upon request.
6.1 Goods must be inspected upon receipt. Any damage or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours.
6.2 Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused goods in original packaging, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
6.3 Defective goods will be replaced or refunded at our discretion, subject to manufacturer warranty terms.
6.4 Custom, bespoke, or specially ordered items are non-returnable.
7.1 All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and documentation, is the property of AFR Tech Ltd or our licensors.
7.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content without our written permission.
8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8.2 Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods or services purchased.
8.3 Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, or supply chain disruptions.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
